Mission accomplished!

225.271k/139.977 miles. That's the IAAF standard with plenty to spare!

Race report to follow later, quite possibly much later. I'm off on my holidays and I'm not bringing my computer (nor my running gear!)

  2. After hours of relentless running the look of pure joy on your face when crossing the line after 550 laps (220km) was priceless. Huge respect Thomas, especially because I could see first hand the physical and mental pain you had to push through again and again to achieve (and exceed) your goal - fanbloodytastic you rubbish international standard athlete!!!.

  6. Great result Thomas. I followed the updates about the race via twitter and got a small inkling of what an amazing race to be part of. To get so many athletes putting away great performances and to know that you were one of them is inspiring. Rest up well.
