Seems like it was a lot of fast runners and a lot of joggers and not too many in between. It was lonely in the middle!

Good luck with the training!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13273897.post-13485211059282670202009-07-07T07:54:47.878+01:002009-07-07T07:54:47.878+01:00You paint a great picture of your running routes T...You paint a great picture of your running routes Thomas. I must make arrangements to do some rural running as an antidote to the big city. In contrast to your rural runs I did an 8 miler tempo run tonight and had to run past the crowd coming out of the Marquee in Cork. Some teen pop idol was playing and I am considering booking my 2 daughters into a nunnery! teenagers seem to wear nothing (the girls). you see all sorts of wildlife in suburbia as well! keep up the good work with the training. I might try the half in Dingle.Richardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05739196746383254321noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13273897.post-51678634849248945732009-07-07T00:05:58.607+01:002009-07-07T00:05:58.607+01:00Wow, those were two great workouts!Wow, those were two great workouts!Andrewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03279497885714621045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13273897.post-11101111816010115132009-07-06T19:52:26.000+01:002009-07-06T19:52:26.000+01:00Anonymous, that's the 4th time I have done tha...Anonymous, that's the 4th time I have done that race and I have never seen any results published.
