With less than two weeks until race day there isn’t anything you can do to make yourself run faster but a LOT you can do to make for a slow race. I tapered...Now days, my taper depends on the race. I tapered for Big Sur and Tacoma because of the hilly courses, but didn't really taper much for Yakima.
